The US Postal Service ships all products for sale on this site. Within the USA, I can ship LPs express (overnight), regular priority mail or flat rate priority mail (2 to 3 day delivery), or the less expensive media mail, which takes up to a week to arrive (you will be asked to select one of these options at checkout). Note: Until further notice, shipping is free within the continental USA on all orders totaling $30 and up. For overseas shipping, the options are regular first class, priority mail and express mail (there is no media mail option). Tracking is provided. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, I will give you a complete refund. If in the unlikely event the LP performs in a completely unsatisfactory manner, or -- even more implausibly -- you decide that the record's condition does not remotely match what I had advertised, you need not return the LP to me in order to obtain a refund. Otherwise, you may return the LP(s) to me within three business days of receipt; the discs must be returned to me in the same condition they were when I sent them and you received them. Customer privacy is assured. All communications and transactions with customers are confidential and private; no correspondence or information of any kind is shared by me with any third party under any circumstances. I do not keep credit card or bank account information on this website or on my servers; depending on which payment gateway you select, all transactions done electronically are managed either through Google Checkout or through Paypal on their respective websites in encrypted format.
