Vintage Blue and White Willow Transferware plate/serving dish - Made in Japan

Lightly used; no chips or cracks.  There is a small manufacturing defect - see pic with arrow.
10 1/2” in diameter
Plate is heavy -- 2 lbs 9 ounces.
I have added a couple of pounds for a sturdy box and ample packaging materials.
