The book contents is in mint condition -- pages are unmarked, no tears or related imperfections.
All pages are firmly attached to the spine.  No loose pages.
The cover -- something like leather -- has some minor cosmetic imperfections.
There is a tear on the spine at the top, and some minor damage at the spine bottom.
