I picked this up a few years ago during a trip to Milan and kept it wrapped in tissue paper until now. 

I believe it is made of clay.  It is hand painted.  Stands almost 6 inches tall.

Immaculate, no scratches, chips, cracks, stains or repairs.  All original stickers and price tag included on base.
NOTE: a little bit of the decal on the cup has worn off.  See photos.
